How to claim your winnings
Claiming your winnings is simple, email the support team at support@rummyroyal with the date of your first win. The consecutive wins must occur within 48 hours of your first win so that your money can be sent to your account.

- A player who loses his streak before claiming for their bonus will have their streak reset. Only loses in Jackpot tables will affect the your claim eligibility
- The Jackpots of this promotion have a $2000 limit and once the limit is reached the bonuses will cease to be awarded.
- A bonus will not be given where it is proven that a player is colliding with another to obtain the number of consecutive wins required. This includes all the forbidden activity in the general terms of use.
- A player who requests a claim after passing the streak limit of 7 wins will have their streak reset and not awarded their bonus.
